At Aaranbe we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for both our ready-made designs and bespoke (custom-made) products.

General Conditions for All Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following general conditions:

  • Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the item exhibits signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, sales receipt) is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is a direct result of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Ready-Made Designs

Ready-made items are eligible for return or exchange within 3 business days from the original date of purchase.

Returns for Refund or Exchange:

Should you be dissatisfied with your ready-made purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for an item of equivalent value. Please note the previously mentioned conditions.

Exceptions:

Please note that items designated as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Such designations will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages. Also, we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, we will only attend to legitimate complaints.

Bespoke (Custom-Made) Products

Given the personalised nature of our bespoke products, a distinct return policy applies.

Quality Assurance:

We uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship for our bespoke leather goods. If your custom-made item presents a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will diligently work with you to provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or an alternative suitable arrangement.

Non-Returnable for Change of Mind:

As bespoke items are uniquely tailored to individual specifications, we cannot accommodate returns or issue refunds due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design after its creation. We strongly advise a meticulous review of all design proofs and specifications before approving your custom order.

Design Approval:

Before the commencement of crafting your bespoke item, your explicit approval of the final design and specifications will be required. This step ensures that the finished product precisely aligns with your expectations.

Procedure for Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide detailed instructions for the return of your item.
  3. Upon receipt and successful inspection of your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
